All UK mobile networks review their tariffs on a regular basis. However, it is not usually in the interest of the networks to advise their existing customers of the new (and usually lower) tariffs available until towards the end of their contracts. In addition, the spend profile of many customers also changes over time, thereby making their existing contract inappropriate.

BridgeOne will examine customers' existing spend patterns and discuss these in the light of their current and forecast operating requirements.

As a result, we are able to ascertain whether a customer is on the appropriate type of contract and whether they are benefitting from the latest tariff for a particular contract.

Our industry experience and business relationships allow us to renegotiate more appropriate and cost effective contracts directly with the networks on behalf of our customers with a view to achieving immediate cost savings for the remainder of the contracted term.
